Vincent joined the Bidvest Group in 2009 and was appointed as CFO RoyalMnandi in January 2016. Vincent has extensive financial experience having worked previously in a number of blue chip companies namely, SAB Miller, Rainbow Chicken and Corobrik. Qualifications include BCom Accounting and MDP.
Hans Hunnik

Hans Hunnik Chief Operating Officer


Hans Hunink joined the Bidvest Laundry Group in 2002 after 16 years in hospitality with Sun International, Southern Sun Hotels and the Alpha Hotel Group in Belgium. Within the Bidvest Laundry Group Hans held the positions of Regional Manager KZN, Divisional Director - Boston Launderers and Group Managing Director. In November 2015, Hans was transferred to RoyalMnandi where he holds the position of Chief Operating Officer. Qualifications include Hotel School Management diploma (Zwolle, Netherlands), EMDP (UCT) and GIBBS EMDP.
Gansen Moodley

Gansen Moodley Chief Procurement Officer


Gansen Moodley joined Royal Mnandi in 2012 and was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer. In 2015 he took on the role of the Chief Procurement Officer. Gansen has extensive food experience spanning over 30 years having worked previously as an Executive Director for ESS within Compass Group and the Spar Group.

Gerald joined RoyalMnandi in January 2017. His 21 years’ experience in the food service industry extends to both operations and business development on a local and global level. Having worked abroad for ADNH Compass and locally for Compass Group, TsAfrika & Headline Leisure (SunBurst), Gerald has an undeniable passion for business development and creative marketing concepts. Gerald hold’s a Diploma in Food Service Management.
Lorna Rancho

Lorna joined the group in 2003 and she was appointed as the Operations Executive in 2014. Lorna has extensive operational experience in Food Service Management and Occupational & Health Safety as she has worked in two of the country’s massive projects: Gautrain Project as Project Manager and Operations Executive for Kusile Project. Qualifications include National Diploma and BTech in Food Service Management, MDP, NEBOSH and a registered Technical Member of South African Institute of Occupational Safety and Health.

Pauline Corkers career is distinguished by success in Food Innovation as well as in Training and Development. Her experience includes an extensive background in catering, food media and advertising as well as diverse experience in food product development. With qualifications in both Food and Consumer Science and Outcomes Based Education, Pauline has worked operational and strategic innovation for more than 18 years. Some of her work experience includes Compass Group Southern Africa, Gate Gourmet UK and Media 24.
