GROUP EXECUTIVE HEAD CHEF

Terence Hay

My moto in life is “Free yourself from your comfort zone” this only leads to mediocrity and complacency. Challenge yourself in all that you do. Never get comfy, you need to feel that productive anxiousness on a daily basis.

My career started in the early 90’s after getting my qualification in professional cookery through the Protea hotel group. I have worked in some of Joburg’s top hotels including The Saxon and the Westcliff Hotel: bringing some of those 5 Star traits into the corporate and commercial workplace from a food perspective.
